![]() News14.06.2010 L´Hospitalet Pioners Pioners L’Hospitalet, Spanish championsL’Hospitalet Pioners won the Spanish Championship, beating clearly Valencia Firebats by 36-0. The Catalan team had the control of the game during all the time, with a great Mark Nicolet who was declared MVP of the game, after throwing for 5 touchdowns. Pioners’ defence also played in a big level, avoiding every chance of scoring for the Valencia’s powerful offence. This year, the Pioners have won the Catalan Cup, the Spanish Cup and the Spanish league, as they did before in 2005 and 2008, with a 15-1 record. Next season, they will play the EFL, for the seventh time. |
